Website/Presentation/Graphic Designs
A 50% deposit is required to Hire KME Creations Along with Written Quote of project signed by Client (Website and Graphic Design ONLY).
What the Client Can Expect:
One Draft of the Website/Presentation/Graphic Design (In Image format with Water Mark) based off customer request form is supplied 5 days after receiving deposit and written quote. At which time the client has (3) Days to respond with requested changes. Please note: The client may make as many changes as they wish during the build phase ONLY.
2nd Draft: A 2nd draft will then be supplied to the purchasing client, within 5 - 7 days for approval. The client has (3) days from receipt of 2nd draft to respond with changes/corrections.
3rd Draft : A 3rd draft if required will be supplied to client within 5 - 7 days for approval. The client has (3) Days to respond with Changes/Corrections.
Final Rendition: Final Rendition (Without Water Mark) of the created Website/Presentation/Graphic design is released with all pertinent files etc upon receipt of Final Payment Only.
Technical Support: KME Creations will provide technical support of the purchased website/presentation/graphic design, which includes project Defects, and build issues ONLY, for 30 days.
NOTE: E-Commerce sites : Technical support with Carts, and payment option included in technical support and at no additional cost for 30 days.
Social Networks / Embeded Video : Link to Media and Placement ONLY covered by technical support. Additional cost for updating Social Networks / Blogs and Videos.
Website/Presentation/Graphic Design Control
No other parties shall assist or have access to the website/presentation/graphic design original files during the build process. A fee will be assessed if work by 3rd parties are to be addressed/corrected, after receiving Final Product.
Communications
KME Creations in good faith will supply the Hiring Client with Daily Updates of the project build progress, along with Weekly Hour Utilization and Build Process Checklist.

KME Creations Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm PST
PLEASE NOTE: All requests received after hours will be addressed on the next Business day.
All requests that fall outside the original written agreement will be addressed on a case by case basis, including a additional fee for service.

Refund Policy
KME Creations will provide a 100% refund within 24 of receiving a Deposit and signed Written Agreement. Request for Refund, after 24 hours period, but before shipment of 1st draft, will be reduced by a 20% Service Fee. Refunds during the Build Process after delivery of 1st Draft, will be assessed based on Man Hours spent x Hourly Rate. Refunds will be given in the Form of Money Order ONLY with Signed Receipt by the Hiring Client. Usually Return Receipt Requested.
Hourly Rate: $25.00 Minimum 4 Hours
NON-PAYMENT - FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT & PROJECT
Final Payment must be received before active files are released to the client, if non- payment of final payment is not received; within 3 business days of request of project completion, client Forfeits the Deposit. The project will be held on file, for 30 days, at which time the files will be deleted, and the written agreement abandon.
